Ruco Line presents at Pitti RCLN PROGETTO

The footwear brand, for spring-summer 2019, focuses on high-tech knitwear, its stylistic trademark

The Perugino brand Ruco Line chooses the prestigious stage of Pitti Uomo to present a new chapter in the history of the brand, RCLN PROGETTO. Undisputed protagonist of this new adventure, the shirt. The brand takes inspiration from the past – it was in fact a pair of tricot shoes to mark the beginning of the Ruco Line journey – to create a new shoe that looks to the future. A contemporary update of the brand’s history, signed by its new Creative Director Davide Motta, ex Givenchy and Dolce & Gabbana, which takes shape through the use of technical materials and cutting-edge workmanship.

The collection, consisting of about 80 proposals, 50 for women and 30 for men, plays with a very trendy mood: the one inspired by the eighties. All models represent the perfect mix between sporty style in vintage style and high-tech treatments.
Unusual combinations of different textures such as neoprene, mesh and technical nets, naplack leather and varnish blend with plastic materials and heat-sealed prints, reminiscent of the electrical circuits of the first computers.
